Registration:<\/p>

Registrations have to be paid in Full before the Conference\/Webinar dates. Payment Receipt will be sent for Email within 24-48 hours. If payment was not done before the Conference Dates, You have to do the Registration on site at the desk.<\/p>

Early Bird Registration:<\/p>

To opt for \u201cEarly Bird Registration\u201d Registration has to be done before the deadline date listed on the Website.<\/p>

      \u2022 E-Certificate for Presentation or Participation<\/li><\/ul>

      Visa Information:<\/p>

      Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.
      Emla Society will not directly contact embassies on behalf of visa applicants. All Speaker\/Delegates should apply for Business Visa only.
      Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of Emla Society, including the inability to obtain a visa.<\/p>

      Registration Information:<\/p>

      Registration Information will be sent to registered Speakers\/Delegates by email. If not received please contact us by email to (info@emla.info)<\/p>

      Cancellation\/ Postponement of Event:<\/p>

      Emla Society has the right to make alterations to the Conference Program, Venue and Timings.
      If the Conference\/Webinar has been cancelled by Emla Society a full refund will be made.
      If the Conference\/Webinar has been postponed or the dates being changed, the Organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the Speakers or Delegates.<\/p>

      Speakers Terms & Conditions:<\/p>

      Emla Society may use the Speaker\u2019s name and presentation materials for promoting delegate attendance at the conference.
      Any acknowledgement regarding Copyright or support should be included at the end of the abstract\/presentation, as these will be distributed to the conference delegates.
      Speakers who do not wish to give permission for the above terms and conditions.
